Teddy’s Bigger Burgers currently operates several popular locations on Oahu and our customer base has been begging us to expand for a very long time. In response, we have spent the last several years developing a growth strategy for Corporate Store, International and Franchise development and have been granted the exclusive rights to award franchises under the name Bigger Franchises, LLC.

At Teddy’s we have a true passion for our products, concept and operating philosophy. We are looking for individuals who have restaurant and/or management experience, are comfortable following an established system, have above average supervisory, communicatoin and leadership skills, the ability to adapt or mold past experiences into Teddy's unique operating style, and a strong work ethic coupled with honesty and integrity.

We are a small company with a GREAT Support Team dedicated to our Brand and its reputation. Our proximity dictates a growth model predicated on the ability to support operations in geographically challenging areas. As such, we are approaching expansion the following ways:

OAHU:
We will use a Corporate Growth Model on Oahu. Our need to expand our current number of corporate stores necessitates the need to hold Oahu for our own development. Teddy’s Corporate Growth Model offers awarded participants the ability to participate in an Operating Partnership. It is a low investment, low risk opportunity to join the Teddy’s Team and share in our growth.

OUTER ISLANDS:
Teddy’s is currently interested in expanding on islands other than Oahu through developersinterested and experienced in multi store operations. We will consider smaller qualified candidates. However, we do realize the logistic and support challenges involved in operating single outlets on outer islands.

MAINLAND - PACIFIC NORTHWEST:

MAINLAND & INTERNATIONAL:
Single and multiple Store Franchises available: Our initial entry into regional development will come in the form of single store or multiple store offerings. Teddy’s is considering very experienced, well-funded and qualified individuals. Due to the proximity of these areas to our corporate headquarters, it is crucial that these operators be extremely immersed in Teddy’s culture, experienced in single and multi unit operations and are able to provide structured support for their units.
